Central impression cylinder flexographic printing press (CI flexographic printing press) is widely used in flexible packaging, label printing and other fields due to its high precision, high efficiency and excellent printing quality. As a technology-intensive equipment, its daily maintenance directly affects the printing quality, equipment life and production efficiency.
1. Daily basic maintenance: the basis for stable operation of the equipment
- Cleaning of anilox roller and printing plate
Use a special soft brush to clean the dried ink on the surface of the anilox roller, and avoid sharp tools
- scratching the ceramic layer
The printing plate needs to be wiped with a non-woven cloth dipped in a special cleaning agent, and pay attention to removing the ink crystals remaining on the edge
Key tips: After cleaning, use compressed air to blow away the residual solvent to prevent corrosion

- Ink system maintenance
Check the operation status of the ink pump and observe whether there is abnormal noise or leakage
Cleaning the filter (it is recommended to replace the filter with more than 100 mesh every day)
The circulating ink tank needs to be stirred regularly to prevent ink precipitation and stratification
- Impression roller surface inspection
Use a magnifying glass to check whether there are scratches or depressions on the lining surface
Clean the oil stains on the lining surface with acetone at least once a week

2. In-depth maintenance of key components: prevention of hidden failures
- Ink scraper system maintenance
Check the wear of the ink scraper every day, and replace it immediately if the wear exceeds 0.1mm
When adjusting the pressure of the knife holder, follow the principle of "progressive pressure increase" to avoid damaging the printing plate
Technical details: The scraper angle is recommended to be controlled between 55-60 degrees
- Transmission system maintenance
Add specified viscosity lubricant to the gearbox every week
Check the tension of the synchronous belt and use a frequency meter to measure the deviation of the pulley speed
Add grease to the rolling bearing once a quarter (pay attention to control the amount of grease)
3. Electrical control system maintenance: ensure precise control
- Control panel inspection
Clean the dust on the touch screen surface every day to prevent static interference
Regularly calibrate the registration system and control the registration error
Back up the PLC program to an offline storage device to prevent data loss caused by sudden failures
- Sensor maintenance
Wipe the surface of the photoelectric sensor with an electronic cleaner
Check the calibration value of the tension sensor every month, and recalibrate if the error exceeds 3%
Test the action distance of the proximity switch (the standard detection distance is usually 80% of the rated value)
