The Road to Innovation
- We successfully developed our first gear-driven printing equipment and named it the "CH" series. This series introduced breakthrough helical gear transmission technology, upgrading traditional straight gear drive and chain drive structures. It not only significantly enhanced operational stability but also laid the foundation for the company's core transmission technology in flexographic printing equipment, establishing a key technological framework for subsequent product development.
- Building on the technological accumulation of the "CH" series, we continued to drive innovation and launched the "CJ" series belt-driven printing machine. Compared to the "CH" series, the "CJ" series achieved a notable increase in printing speed. Additionally, its design drew inspiration from the CI flexo press, not only optimizing user experience but, more importantly, laying a critical practical foundation for the subsequent development of the company's own CI flexo printing machine.
- Leveraging our mature expertise in stack flexo printing technology, we successfully developed the CI Flexo Press. This equipment not only addressed the limitations of traditional stack flexo printing machine in terms of efficiency and precision but also represented a major breakthrough in the company's core flexographic printing technology.
- To further boost the stability and production efficiency of the equipment, we dedicated extensive R&D resources to in-depth optimization of the core components and operating systems of the CI Flexo printing Press. This effort resulted in the successful launch of three new, performance-enhanced models. These new machines demonstrated significant improvements in printing precision, operational stability, and energy efficiency, enriching the company's CI series product portfolio and better meeting the customized production needs of diverse industry clients.
- Building on the technological foundation of the Ci Type Flexo Printing Machine, the company broke new ground by successfully developing the Gearless Flexo Printing Press.
