Paper Substrates
Suitable for 12–350 gsm card paper, coated paper, packaging paper and other common paper substrates. With its excellent color reproduction technology, the Flexo machine ensures uniform color and full ink layer in the printing process, which can perfectly meet the printing needs of various paper products such as , paper bags, paper cups, gift boxes and food packaging boxes, and is widely applicable to small-batch customization and large-scale mass production.
Plastic Substrates
Suitable for 10–150μm PE, PP, PET plastic films and various composite films of different specifications. It is widely used in soft packaging fields such as food, daily chemicals . The printed patterns are clear and delicate, the ink adhesion is firm, not easy to fade or fall off, and it can stably support long-time mass continuous production, effectively improving production efficiency and product qualification rate.
Non-woven Substrates
Suitable for 25–120 gsm eco-friendly non-woven fabrics with different thicknesses. The printed patterns have the characteristics of wear resistance, scratch resistance, no odor and non-toxicity, which are fully in line with the environmental protection requirements of related industries. It is ideal for printing in hygiene products, daily necessities, agricultural covering materials and other scenarios, and can realize stable and efficient large-scale continuous production.
PP Woven / Aluminium Foil
Suitable for 7–60μm aluminum foil, woven bags, FFS heavy-duty bags and other special substrates with high printing difficulty. By virtue of advanced printing technology, the machine successfully breaks through the bottlenecks of poor ink adhesion and unclear printing on high-barrier and special-texture substrates, and can fully satisfy the high-standard packaging demands of industrial heavy packaging, high-end food packaging and other fields.
