During the printing process of the flexographic printing machine, static electricity will affect the normal printing effect, so how to eliminate the static electricity of the flexographic printing machine?
1. Install a static eliminator on the printing press to eliminate static electricity from the paper. The static eliminator is adjustable and eliminates paper static electricity by adjusting the voltage and frequency. When the static electricity of the paper is large, high voltage and high frequency are used, and when the static electricity of the paper is not large, the voltage and frequency are adjusted down.
2. Install air-conditioning equipment in the printing workshop, adjust and keep the printing workshop at a certain constant temperature and humidity according to the strength of the static electricity of the paper. Under normal circumstances, the workshop temperature is adjusted between 18°C-20°C, and the relative air humidity is maintained between 60-65%. If the paper is more charged, the relative humidity of the air can be adjusted to between 80-85%.
3. Use isotope radiator to eliminate printing static electricity. The principle of isotope radiator and static eliminator to eliminate static electricity is basically the same, both of which ionize some air molecules into ions. Because the ions have different charges, when the paper passes through the ion space, part of the electrostatic charge will be neutralized, thus achieving the purpose of eliminating static electricity.
