Since the hydraulic pressure will make the scraper float, it is possible for foreign objects in the ink, paper wool, etc. to pass through, which will scratch the layout and affect the quality of the printed product. At this time, it is necessary to continuously reciprocate the horizontal movement mechanism of the scraper, which makes the ink knife device complicated.
The reverse scraper generally uses an obtuse angle cut at 140-150 degrees at the junction with the anilox roll to scrape the ink. Reverse type scraper, the residual ink flows out from the outside, no need to apply extra pressure, and does not damage the roller.
② Sealed reverse double scraper device. This device consists of an ink chamber (also known as a scraper seat), two scrapers, two ink-type side sealing plates made of wear-resistant soft materials and anilox rollers to form a closed ink chamber. The ink chamber is composed of an ink inlet and an ink outlet. The oil pump sprays the flexographic ink onto the surface of the anilox roller through the ink inlet and stores it in the ink chamber. After the ink is applied, the ink is scraped and scraped, and the hanging ink can continue to be recycled. Because of the closed ink supply, it has good sealing, which can effectively reduce the volatilization of ink and the leakage of odor, which is of great benefit to hygiene and environmental protection. This closed device can also adjust the viscosity of the ink by heating or cooling. At the same time, a cleaning device can be added to easily clean the ink accumulated in the ink hole of the anilox roller in time to ensure stable ink delivery performance. It should be added that the two scrapers have different functions. One is a reverse type, which is a reverse scraper, which hangs the excess ink on the anilox roller; the other is a forward type, which becomes a positive sealing blade and acts as a sealing blade effect.
