In the actual printing process of the flexographic printing machine, it is very important to adjust the pressure. So how to adjust the pressure of the flexographic printing machine?
In the printing process, each of the two adjacent cylinders of the printing plate, rubber and imprinting cylinders contacts and squeezes each other to play a transfer role. In order to obtain normal ink transfer on the printing paper and truly reproduce the continuous tone characters, lines, images and halftone dots in the graphic part, these imprints must be subjected to the necessary printing pressure in addition to the contact between the two cylinder surfaces. effect. The severity of the printing pressure and the accuracy of the adjustment and mastery will directly determine the size of the ink color and the degree of depth of the image and text transfer and the reproduction of the printing dots. It is necessary to adjust the center distance between the impression cylinder and the blanket cylinder during self-adhesive printing, and the center distance of the cylinder can be increased by about 0.2 to 0.4 mm. If the paper changes from thick to thin, the reduced thickness, that is, the thickness of the lining removed from the printing plate liner, should be added to the blanket cylinder; if the paper during printing changes from thin to thick, it should be removed from the blanket cylinder liner. Subtract a certain thickness from and add the corresponding thickness to the pad of the plate cylinder.
Therefore, the flexo printing machine should do a good job of pressure adjustment.
