3. Check the quality of the plate roll. Note that the plate roller of the second color should be slightly larger than the previous color, for example: the circumference of the second color plate roller should be 1% larger than the circumference of the first plate roller, at least slightly larger or equal, and definitely not smaller than the first color, otherwise it will not be possible Overprint is correct. 4. Check whether there is any blockage in the transmission, feeding, feeding, drying, inking, traction and coiling of the printing machine, whether the lubricating part is injected with lubricating oil, whether the oil circuit is smooth, and whether the instruments are in good condition. If there is an automatic ink viscosity controller on the equipment, the viscosity of the printing ink should be adjusted to the set value of 14~18s, and the mixed solvent should be poured into it and connected to the ink tank with an ink pump.
