1. The ink transfer adopts a ceramic anilox roller with a single-blade reverse doctoring system.
2. The anilox roller and the plate roller are pneumatically clutched and pressed, and they will be separated automatically when the machine stops.
3. The inline flexographic printing machine enables tool-free quick change of the printing plate cylinder and stainless steel ink fountain.
4. Automatic printing plate cleaning function: Each time the machine stops, after the anilox roller is depressurized, the plate roller continues to rotate to transfer the ink on the printing plate to the substrate, keeping the printing plate clean.
